Payment Terms

• A minimum advance of 30% is required to confirm booking
• Full payment must be completed 7 days before the trek start date

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5. Health and Fitness Requirements

• Participants must be in good physical health suitable for the chosen trek
• Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if fitness levels are inadequate
• Participants are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance
• Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions should consult a doctor before booking

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Trekking and adventure activities involve inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge:

• Adventure activities carry risks of injury, illness, or death
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities
• Altitude Hikes is not liable for injuries resulting from participant negligence
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services

We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Follow instructions of trek leaders and guides
• Respect local communities, culture, and customs
• Maintain cleanliness and follow "Leave No Trace" principles
• Not engage in illegal activities or substance abuse
• Behave respectfully towards fellow trekkers and staff
• Not damage flora, fauna, or natural habitats

Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the trek without refund.
