Starting from Delhi, travel through the river confluence town of Devprayag—where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi meet to form the Ganga—then continue towards Guptkashi, a charming valley base for Kedarnath. Your adventure peaks with the iconic Kedarnath Temple trek from Gaurikund (approx. 24 km, 7–8 hours). After reaching the sacred shrine, soak in the powerful atmosphere of the evening aarti and enjoy a simple, authentic stay near the temple. The next morning includes darshan and a short hike to Bhairav Temple, followed by the descent back to the valley. On the final mountain day, head to Chopta—often called the “Mini Switzerland of India”—and trek to the revered Tungnath Temple (one of the highest Shiva temples in the world), with optional extensions depending on time and conditions. Departure from Delhi to Devprayag (Overnight Drive)
Meet the group at Rithala Metro Station, Delhi for pickup. Begin the overnight journey towards Devprayag/upper Garhwal with scenic mountain highways and comfort stops en route.

Day 1
Devprayag Confluence & Dhari Devi Temple → Guptkashi/Rampur
Arrive at Devprayag in the morning and visit the holy confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers forming the Ganga. Continue towards Srinagar (Garhwal) to visit Dhari Devi Temple. Drive onward to Guptkashi/Rampur, check in, dinner and rest.

Day 2
Guptkashi → Sitapur/Sonprayag → Gaurikund → Kedarnath Trek
After breakfast, depart for Sitapur parking (other-state vehicles are not allowed at Sonprayag). Walk ~700 m to Sonprayag and take the government shared taxi to Gaurikund (paid by guest; approx. ₹50–₹60 per person). Begin the Kedarnath trek (approx. 24 km; 7–8 hours). On arrival, check in to basic accommodation (hotel/dharamshala). Attend the evening aarti (approx. 6:00–7:15 PM), dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3
Kedarnath Darshan + Bhairav Temple → Trek Down → Guptkashi/Rampur
Early morning freshen-up (limited hot-water facility; 1 bucket provided; extra bucket charge payable on spot). Proceed for Kedarnath darshan. After breakfast, trek to Bhairav Temple (approx. 2 km) and return. Check out and descend to Gaurikund. Take a shared taxi back to Sonprayag (self-paid) and drive to Guptkashi/Rampur for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4
Chopta Excursion & Tungnath Temple Trek → Overnight Return Drive
After breakfast, check out and drive to Chopta. Begin the trek to Tungnath Temple (approx. 3–4 km one way as mentioned in the document). Spend time at the temple and descend to Chopta. Start the return journey towards Delhi in the evening/night.
