Effective from January 2025 | Altitude Hikes
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking with Altitude Hikes, the following cancellation charges apply based on when you cancel relative to your trip start date:

| 15-30 days before trip | 50% refund |
| 7-14 days before trip | 25% refund |
| Less than 7 days | No refund |
| No-show | No refund |
Altitude Hikes reserves the right to cancel or modify trips due to:
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date at no extra cost.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 days.
You can reschedule your trip once for free if done 15+ days before the trip (subject to availability). Rescheduling within 15 days attracts a ₹1,000 rescheduling fee.
